This was at the Capital Centre outside of DC, right? I saw him in September 2012 at Nats Park and he opened with this version and it was one of the most amazing things I ever saw at any concert. A true listening pleasure to have heard this live. He killed that guitar.

He's not playing the guitar. He is trying to kill it. He's just a wild animal let out of his cage for 3 hours ever night. Nobody has killed ever show they have done like Bruce.

this intro is better than most new age music, why is that? oh yeah, they knew how make music back then! not this rambling crap like now a days. bruce and the e-street band is awesome.

This just simply has to be the greatest intro he has ever done to this song; the lights, the all-the-way fluent (he really knows what he wants to put out and he gets it) and building up guitar solo from subtle to agressive, body movements that show he is really into it, and all the way just awesome work and techniques with that telecaster makes this one of his top-showdowns in playing guitar. And to top it off he makes it look as natural as breathing.
