Sure, they have that now, but punk was started by straight white males in England and the U.S. in the 70s. Sure they have the token black punk bands like Bad Brains, but they are the exception to the rule. South Africa, of course they would have some black members because they were against apartheid. Asia/South America, of course the messages of punk would be well received in places that have a history of Communism. Punk is a "walking contradiction" :P

Rock Against Communism is pro Nazi. From an American perspective, that isn't really far right since it's a branch off socialism. Ayn Rand would be a better example of the American far right, and Rush was very popular here in the States. Also, bands like these guys and Dead Kennedys don't sing praises to Stalin and Pol Pot like the Nazi bands do with Hitler.
