I get how this song is easy to misunderstand if you don't know the historical context, but this song is totally sarcastic. You have to remember this is considered a ska-punk classic from within the community, precisely because they capture the sound while also criticizing bands like No Doubt and Sublime, two bands I love, from the 90s who played ska-esque music but later denied being ska bands when it stopped being cool.

This song is bullshit. The text is just lying at all. There are a few Oi! bands who are just doing the music for the money but there are no Ska bands who are doing it for the money. They scream "Oi!" at the beginning of this song but Oi! is Skinhead music and Skinheads also listen to Rocksteady and Ska. That's because of the history of the Skinheads. First was Ska than Rocksteady and than Oi! and Punk. So this band is absolutly talking bullshit. They call themself Skinheads and screaming loud "fuck you Rudy/Rudeboy". They denie their roots.
