a free market doesn't make free people if you ask me. it creates a societal structure of internal conflict with very very high concentrations of power at the top. i think anyone who believes capitalism gives freedom, indeed has a very perverse notion of freedom. if you think it's fair that the 3 richest people in the world own the same amount of money as the 48 poorest countries combined, be my guest. but that's not the world I want to live in. one thing is clear: capitalism = anti democracy
