I think he don't sings with accent, cuz in other songs @ other youtube channels his voice sounds clearer and without accent. I think more that this is caused through a bad sound upload! It sounds very wierd like with a little echo. Maybe the user has changed the sound that youtube don't delete it. - Anyway, it's a very good song. Let Metal Never DIE!
