Forsaken and Afflictive Nature are two great up and coming bands with a real riffy crossover thrash sound. I recommend them.

Oh yeah, cause a USERNAME HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THE PERSON. Don't you have more girls to piss on? you fool. The riffs are almost identical. who cares whether or not I called it a 2-Step. I don't even like that term but I had to use it. Everyone knows that Power Trip wants to be Leeway, you are delusional if you don't see that.

your username is "ascitiesburn", and you call a riff a "2-step". get the fuck out of here. the riffs aren't identical.

One of the Leeway songs they jack the riff from is Unexpected, it's the same 2-step/mosh riff from Suffer No Fool. They also jack a couple other riffs that I can't remember off the top of my head. Power Trip embodies Leeway dude, that's why they cover them. Because they are secretly A Leeway cover band.

So once is all the time? If you can't even name the song how can I take what you say with any credibility? Regardless, riff similarities ain't new shit.

How do you not realize this? The 2-step/mosh part in Suffer No Fool is the exact same riff from a song off Born To Expire. I can't remember the name of it.

dude. Power Trip jacks riffs from Leeway all the time. They are practically the same band with different vocal styles.
