I wouldn't say its neoclassical metal, neoclassical incorporates a lot of classical music scales and elements, check out Stratovarious and Dark Moor. This is regular awesome power metal at its finest! But its hard to rate because there are so many awesome power metal bands and they all have things that are awesome about them.
