Personally I actually came here curious since this had a former DF member and I ended up really liking this band as well as Dragonforce. Though Dragonforce is still number one for me, though this isn't a bad second.

Just a word about the band DragonForce you call "Studioforce" : the fact that they play a little bit slower live than in studio is not a fault at all. They still know how to create music and to share emotions with them. DragonForce, and especially Totman, Li, and ZP, are extremely talented, capable and skillful musicians, and I'm proud they made it through the 95% of Power Metal fans that don't like them. By the way, as far as England is concerned, I actually like better Power Quest than DF

@carloz1536 IDK about most of those above, but DF's music is quite similar to some of Sonata Arctica's early work. Listen to Blank File, 8th Commandment, or The Cage and you'll see what I mean. And before you say anything, I like DF, but I do think all the bands you mentioned are better.

@BlackLeather92 Yes just like Exodus is the "brother" band of metallica because Kirk Hammett was with exodus during their first demo or how slayer are a brother band of Megadeth because Kerry king was filling in a guitarist for a while. Not just power quest, but derdian, rhapsody of fire, sonata arctica, seventh avenue, etc always gets compared to studioforce. Idk why when studioforce is just pure shred wank and not power metal.

@carloz1536 Um, you do realize that Power Quest is Dragonforce's sister band? In fact, the founder of Power Quest was a former member of Dragonforce, and Sam Totman, one of DF's guitarists, worked on this album with the band. Power Quest and DF are always going to be compared to each other because their histories are closely tied together.
