Again, not completely correct, he's just recieved the test results at the end of the song, but that's just a technicality. Anyway, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as they say, so interpret the song however you like, as long as you realize that this is one kickass song.

This doesn't exactly have a positive message, it is a song about discovering that he tested positive for HIV, although I'm not exactly sure that Michael Franti actually has HIV.
