I'm not sure if this was asked already but how was this recorded? Is the output from the iPad sent to the DAW in the background or recorded on the iPad? I see the cable in the headphone jack going somewhere. Where is that feed going?

So I went ahead and bought irig hd+ jamup pro + bias + other expansions from summer sale, after seeing it on your videos, and man, I couldn't have been happier. I mean after that, bothering with amps and other stuff just to sound better when playing home only, this so much practical, and cheap. Now even practicing feels better when I have a good tone, instead of my stupid 20 watt solid state. Still not sounding as good as you though, but it's way beyond what i experienced with some processors from digitech etc.

how do you line out into say cubase? if I wanted to use this for recording my guitars. you obviously can your doing it :P but how.
