Youtube's content posting/distribution policies are one thing, how they chose to interpret them from upload to upload is another thing and how they choose to take action or not in any particular case is yet another thing. Plus these policies change from one day to another all the time. Anyway, I assume they fear that uploaders are being payed for making the music available to others without paying royalties in turn towards the recording/publishing label. Which is just buffalo chip to me.

@DontForgetToJog That's what Youtube notified me, when I uploaded it. I reproduced part of their notice, so that everybody would know it's not a dud upload if they can't see it, it's just local marketing & distribution politics from the record company. Could be that they've un-blacklisted it in some of those countries mentioned in their initial notice.
