"Populu Vivu II", extrait de l'album "I Vinti Cinque Baroni" des "Chjami Aghjalesi".

Chant à la fois court dans les paroles mais fort de sens.

Contre l'injustice et contre le mensonge, mais pour la Liberté et le combat nécessaire à son existence !

@Johnnystrychnine Dealing with geography, you're right, Corsica is closer to Italia, but less than France itself ;) Today, france owns Corsica, but we are a great people and hope that, one day, we will be freed from this colonialism (it could appears an extrem language, but you could see it with the economy and the policy applied in Corsica by french politics). Btw, we are closer to Italia (than to France) in culture, religion, language and even behaviours.

@Johnnystrychnine "U populu Corsu" is "Corsu" There is a lot in common between the Corsican and Italian people, more than between french and Corsican people: For a very long time, Corsica had been under Genoa control. There would be a lot to say, but the best illustration I can give to you is the Corsican language: it is very close to Toscano language, and today you can find a lot of similarities with spanish and italian, a lot more than with the french language.
