I also want to mention that this music was recorded directly from the game I've played.

I've found a way to delete the sfx, What I did to delete the beginning of the battle (team intro sfx) was simply touching the home menu a lot of time, since the music still play for almost 3 seconde, the sfx can't make a sound because the game block and the music still play. it took me time but here the result.
