This show would be matt smith on guitar, when poison was still in PA they had Matt Smith in the band, CC as I'm sure you know didn't join till they moved to LA and Matt decided to go back to PA, poor guy, he must still be kicking himself for that one

I hate to put it this way because I love both singers but Vince always sounds like he's constipated when he sings, but it brings out something raw in his voice. Bret always has kind of a country singer doing rock thing going. I noticed that back before Every Rose.

I think it's because it's missing Tommy's drums and Nikki's bass. Tommy was always a heavy bass that helped drive the rest of the music and also because CC played more rock than blues, which Mick Mars is a master at. Added together it creates a completely different sound. I think CC is a better guitarist than Mick, but just not used to playing undertuned guitars. Been listening to both bands forever and bought LWtCDI back in 86 on vinyl at age 10 lol

i totally agree. poison is definatly my favorite band of all time. an they did do some pretty decent covers, but this one is not their best. their style is what their best at an i too lovem for it. they should've stuck with something closer to their style, then i think it would've deffinatly been better :)
