Epitaph completely ripped off Poison Idea. their junkie ex-drummer Thee Slayer Hippy sent mastertapes to Mr. Brett who stole their releases and refused to give any royalties jerry/pig/tense everybody else in the band. I think their only official record label now is Farewell in DE
