In '79 I got a puppy and couldn't think what to name her. So, after about a week, out of frustration, I started calling her "Summer" (yawn). But, a few days later, I put on this record from my collection and Eureka! Instantly, I knew Summer would be Jada instead. Best ole' pooch I ever had, a best friend indeed. Part lab and part shepherd. I still miss her. The Pointer Sisters are great, especially like this all four together.

Great Harmony!!!! I use to sing this song years ago with a trio of friends at parties we went to. Our harmony was TIGHT!!!. We sang this song so much, we started to get called the "Jada Girls"..I miss those fun days. You don't hear great singing and harmony like this anymore. Nowadays, you don't even have to carry a tune to be considered a singer..most music you hear is Rap and/or synthesized singing. What a bore and a shame
