The meaning i found in this video (of course, seeing the Chef being shot) is how humans nowadays seem to give more attention to a sexual happening in front of them (which could mean any kind of distraction) than the real things happening.

the chef in the background was shot and we can see the location of everyone except the loner during the event. she sent both messages as a distraction and shot the chef. the point is that we're too distracted by the sexual and drug imagery to notice the bigger issue: the murder of the chef.
