I love the way you spelled 'pesimistique'... (umm... 3 years ago, haha!)

It's hardly a crappy song. It evokes a definite melancholy mood, and PJ sings it in just the right way to give it that character.

She can sing the most crappy song and make it sound a masterpece! How she accomplishes that? I assume it' s not just talent but a deep knowledge to communicate it. In other words, just call it PJH...

Eww, this song sounds like an old smoker woman trying to keep up with an even older church organist. It's like nails-on-a-chalkboard, with a cat being skinned alive nearby.

The way she sings "I dream," is beautiful.

@chicoa Damn! You ruined it for me! I thought she had a pretty voice and now all I can think of is a rickety old lady in a rocking chair. Thanks a lot.

There's something really bleak about this song, but that's why I like it! I never heard It's Blitz (punos) but don't you think that PJ sounded like Karen O in Who The Fuck (from Uh Huh Her), which is strange, when NME said that Fever To Tell sounded like early PJ Harvey, and it seemed in Uh Huh Her that PJ was imitating those who were apparently imitating her?! I tried to recreate this bleak sound in one of my songs, even used an organ effect, but it did not compare to this.
