Gouge Away has nothing to do with smoking pot except for that line. Its a retelling of Samson and Delilah out of the Old Testament. Black was into that. If you know the story they seduce Samson into the "party" drug him, chop off his hair which is the source of his strength and gouge out his eyeballs. They chain him to the wall as a sort of living trophy while the orgy continues. God answers Samson's prayer restoring his superhuman strength. He breaks the walls and kills them all.
