Wow, those are some ugly looking shoes!!!!!! You would look better in your stocking feet and therefore be able to play the pedals better!!

Dear Alenouchka warum verwendest Du nie Zungen-Stimmen für Soli?? Oder Cornetts?? Alles Streicher, die ganze Zeit, etwas langweilig.

All of the sadness (and sweetness) of a dead father taking to his son--this is the making of a true classic. Ms. Hall performs flawlessly, and her choice of registry is beautiful. I cannot listen to a superior version of this song without the tears falling. Thank you for posting this.

This is by far one of my Favorite Tunes of all time..it's an Irish Hymn...actually to be correct it's a Funerarry (funeral) Hymn of sadness yet comfort and rejoicing. And you my dear played it with Gusto and heart and soul...The signs of a true Organist, please by all means record more great songs both hymn's and classical kinds. Oh and might i make  suggestion for a song?? I would love to hear "Jesu song of Mans Desiring" if and when you get the time.

You are welcome to your opinions, of course. And I wouldn't dream of depriving you from you personal likes and dislikes...however limited and/or ill-informed they may be.

This was my Great-Grandfathers favorite song, he served in WW2 and listening to this brings me to his memory so easily. Thank you!

In response to the person who claims this is not a sacred or liturgical work, please be advised that Timothy Dudley-Smith set the tune "Londonderry Air" to a sacred text. It appears in the hymnal entitled "With One Voice" on page 778 and is entitled "O Christ the Same." Therefore it certainly is a sacred work in this setting. Most tunes that are arranged for organ have a liturgical connection since organs are mainly found in churches.
