For those who have asked about pedal settings, I can't remember exactly but it was something like this:
tone=mild, distortion=rat, at around 30% drive
half sustain
a little bit of flanger
hall reverb 100%,
delay feedback at 30%(should have used more)
pedal in +1 octave mode
