One thing I hate about Christian bands videos on YouTube is you can't listen to one without the comment section being filled with either "This is a christian band" who cares? Or some religious argument once again who cares?. Seriously if atheists went into every secular band or artists video and praised or mentioned secularism it would be just as pointless and redundant as bringing up religion in Christian bands videos. More so when the songs are very secular in sound and interpretation also. Just listen to the music and comment on that instead of anything else.

While the term "Christian music" is kind of confusing (is there Christian cooking? Christian sculpting?), it is obvious that these guys are all Christians. Yes, They have tattoos. Yes. Their music is heavy. But all of that means nothing. The most beautiful hymns can be sung by people who are far away from God. Look at the Pharisees. They appeared to be the most devoted to Him, but they were the farthest away from Him out of anyone of that time period. The sound of the music and the outward appearance of the musicians don't matter as long as the content of the lyrics and the way the musicians live reflect Christ living and working within them. Everyone responds to different things, and God knows that. I love hymns. They're beautiful and so incredibly well-written and inspired, but they just don't have as much of an impact on me as does music by bands like this.

I saw this video for the first time when I was either 12 or 13, and I still remember it! Such a fantastic video. Also, yes they are a Christian band, and I think it is fantastic. One must look deeper to the what the artistic element is actually communicating.

Metal is also one kind of genre of music..Moreover metal guitarist got to practice harder than rock guitarist and so on with all band members. Just like Rock, pop, contemporary Metal is one kind of music which our young generation likes to hear about. So as we use other genre of music to praise God we definitely can use Metal too, coz we are worshiping God with what we love the Most i.e Metal...While playing metal how can a person just stand and sing or play... he got to give everything that he have( body, mind and soul) to make the music powerful or alive so he jumps or do whatever but its not possessed or evil. So those who listen to metal let's listen christian metal and those who play metal, play it for the glory of God. God bless...
