I left out the word "not" in my previous comment and it made it look like I said getting cured from bulimia and anorexia is hopeless, which it isn't. You can be saved. So I deleted that comment.I think this song is about a anorexic or bulimic person's best friend or a close person telling them these things. The best friend wants to help the anorexic/bulimic person. "Hey dear I fear, I'll watch you disappear".And all the best friend can do is watch the anorexic/bulimic person die slowly in front of them, they think it's hopeless (Like I said above, it's not hopeless). "This time it's almost over. I'll watch you turn to dust".

It's hard not to rope other people in. It's just tying to help yourself and the reverse of helping others is unfortunately easier than anything else. For me it just flows out, but at least I feel bad afterwards. My mind is so warped at this point others look heavier then they actually are to me. It's sad. (Sorry I suck at explaining things)

Does anyone else feel that the voice talking might embody ana/mia? "Your reflections all you're worth." This seems like something ana/mia would say when given human characteristics. Also, "Starve till you're beautiful." Evidently this is a quote often used by people when putting a quote on a picture of a really skinny girl. Implying that ana/mia was telling them that.
