eh. The repetitive "What" is used in a lot of old hardcore gabba and similar UK styles of music. You can really tell this has been influenced by old Gabba, DnB and Hardcore variants.

Not the crowd exactly, the repetitive parts at the beginning and end, but they're mixed up, thank goodness. It isn't just the hype guy shouting "whut" over and over again, is all I'm saying. :) And the chanting I noticed late might have been the beginning of the next tune. My slip-up I guess.
