Just ran across these videos this morning searching for some Kings X stuff and damn! I’m diggin it! I particularly like the fan cover over the neck pickup hole, the bridge pickup IS where it’s at. Sounds cheesy but I played a Phantom Guitar Works, Earl Slick signature, Strat for many years. One DiMarzio at the bridge, a volume (push on- pull off), and a jack. A lot of other, nicer (more expensive) guitars have came and went but I still got that one. Anyway, I like this guys sound and skills, and plan to check out more of his stuff.

i love this guy. he's simultaneously the most annoying and cliche rocker of all time and also a wonderfully expressive, joyous and exciting guitarist and entertainer. kinda the diamond david lee roth of guitar dorks. he's real rock and roll. fun, funny and clearly wants the audience to have a good time.
