Alain...but seriously? Commercial? I remember that this is the most personal Phil's album. I would not call it commercial. And personally I think it is an emotional and beautiful album

Sounds like a pathetic washed-up artist that tried hard to recapture the magic of "in the air tonight " and failed. The sampled acoustic and guitars, and badly looping sampled chorus are awful (typical of crappy keyboards of that era). The magic, and musical inspiration, ended with the album "...but seriously". It was all downhill from there. He should have left on a high and not insisted. I love Phil in his prior and innovative work. I hate this commercial crap. No wonder this album, along with "Dance into the light" and "Testify", are the worst selling albums of all times for Phil.
