"The hero kills the maiden with his kiss." I don't know what that is supposed to mean in the song, but it makes me think of Aragorn and Arwen in "Lord of the Rings." You have to read the story in the index to understand. It isn't in the main book or the movie. But in effect, Arwen gave up her immortal life because she fell in love with Aragorn.
