This video should give Muslims everywhere a sense of the joy that Islam far too often deprives them of! JOY is the key to fixing the world! But it seems that JOY is antithetical to Islam as opposed to nearly every known culture, past or present, on the planet -- ALL of which have embraced hearty traditions of music, song, dance and art. PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG! SHOW ME THE JOY OF ISLAM!To us outsiders, (who have witnessed mosques, Muslim homes, etc.) there is far too much worry about non-stop ritual, non-stop anxiety about haram vs. halal and of course non-stop anxiety about one's status with Allah. Making brownie points, SCORING with Allah as a ticket to heaven can be an all-consuming mental focus... as can the fear of roasting in hell for eternity. Even among people who believe there is a "God", the Allah imagined by Islam is a preposterous tool designed most likely by Muhammad himself as a means of political domination. Perhaps he meant well at the time. But over time, the Allah of Islam became nothing less than a sadistic monster -- only "merciful" to those who embraced a rather narrow-minded notion of ethical conduct. Living up to Muhammad's long alleged perfection? Suddenly -- more doubtful.
