They still hit the same part of my heart today as they did all those years ago. I committed my life to the lord at one of their concerts. Im so glad they are back, my seventeen year old daughter heard me playing their music and she wondered who they were, because she thought they sounded a bit like Black Veil Brides a non christian rock band. Im so happy that now she listens to Petra as well and the message will come through their music. Yes the original track is better but you cant find any copies anymore,its a pity because I got rid of mine 20 yrs ago, such a dumb thing to do.9 years ago

I feel like a lot of die hard fans from thirty years ago are not seeing the new side of worship as an older now more committed christian I think these new versions give us a new chance to share. When I've tryed to share my children rejected it based on the only fact... they identify me with I am there"old man" but I get to enjoy twice. Thanks Petra.10 years ago
