Still a haunting track from 1970. I was in awe of Peter then and for a then 17 year old this was the darkest song that I had heard. It still applies today.What a genius to express all his demons into creative music. Still for my money Hendrix, Clapton , Beck, Page and others are second to Peter Green the greatest guitarist ever for my money. I have been lucky to catch him live twice over the past 10 years and I hope that we may still see him again.

I love this song, and Judas Priest did a great cover as well. Peter Green, is probably the most under rated guitar player to ever exist, and that's a shame. He should be as well known as Clapton.

WTF is up with the word Manalishi? I can't find it in the dictionary, and not even Green Manalishi. You'd think Manalishi would be a real word but I can't find it in the online dictionary. It sound like an Indian or Hindu concept.

I hate to burst your bubble i5pitHOTFir3 but this is the original version. Judas Priest (who I am a huge fan of ) did their own version. I to thought it was a JP song. I was wondering what a Green Manalishi was when I found this out. Look it up.
