Peter Gabriel - Frag Mich Nicht Immer video free download
NOTE!!! This is my very first "decent" video made in Movie Maker (I mean, first except my New Year greeting where I simply added intro and outro and nothing more! XD). So, probably, this video is not "very ideal", but I tried my best! Don't sue me too hard, please! But I'm curious about your opinion and feel free to criticize.
I adore both albums of Peter Gabriel in German, so I decided to imagine how it would look if he really had at least one video for German version of any of his songs. I love "I Don't Remember" much, so I chose this one to make my dream come true :).
Some very important notes: 1) my mission was simply to REPLACE English audio with German track and sync it with original video. German version of the song IS NOT a dublicate with changed vocals; just check out "I Don't Remember" and "Frag Mich Nicht Immer" album versions, and you'll find out they have completely different duration, so I had to cut off a part of the instrumental intro and the very ending. 2) furthermore, English version of the song in original video is DIFFERENT than that released on album "Melt". It contains a couple of instrumental parts a little bit longer. So, to sync video and music, unfortunately, I had to cut out some fragments in the video and also make some little changes, probably, you will not notice (if I cropped well! XD). But if you learned this video by heart, you'll definitely find out those changes I made :). 3) these SUBTITLES are not literal translation of German lyrics!!! I just put ORIGINAL text of the song in these subs (note: NOT the lyrics from "Melt", but the lyrics from the video, as far as they differ a bit as well!) - to compare. Some German versions of Peter's songs are almost literal, some of them are not literally translated completely. So I can't say that you can leanr German watching the video I made, but you can try it! :D

This attempt is brilliant, I've kept all my German version Gabriel C.D.'s since their releases. I also appreciate the fact that for once I can read more or less positive comments that are well deserved. Peter Gabriel is one of the most talented artists that I hold with the highest respect over the decades.12 years ago
