OMG you've got to love this guy...he couldn't be more in love with music and what he do. If you don't like it, at least you have to contemplate art in high expression. Me? I couldn't be happier watching this, thanks for posting it.

Pete was one hell of a folk singer, but more than that, he exemplified good citizenry. When the McCarthy hearings rolled 'round, he told HUAC everything except what they really wanted to know, which was anything about his political leanings. For his refusal to be more forthcoming, he did time for contempt of Congress. But hey, if that one had any real enforcement, we'd jail pretty much everybody, even most members of Congress, wouldn't we? And if he achieved any acclaim toward the end of his life, he didn't play on it. When the Iraq war came along, Pete protested by standing along side a road near his home with a sign that said "Honk if you're against the war". Never lost his good sense, did he?
