peter was a musical genius with this track he used so many instrumental elements and I have to admit this is my favorite song of all time and always will be the first time I heard this song I was immediately taken by it it has a pure sound to it and it has been one song I never get tired of the most telling element has to be the synthesizer and mellotron which is the reason why the song sounds so dreamy and has always had that thing that makes me love this song above all others.......may god rest your soul Peter you will always be missed in this world thank you for giving us this musical gift of IN DREAMS its a once in a lifetime track that will never be equaled ever.........Peter you were taken from us too soon god knows what other treasures you could've given us had you been in this world with us still

Pete Bardens told me this was his favorite piece of music that he ever composed or performed. It is definitely Floydian, with vocals like Alan Parsons, and is simply excellent. I would love to have this video on HD DVD. We listened to it together at his Malibu home studio in 1996. Then he jammed with a few musician friends who came with me. Very special memories.

Yes I used to listen to Greg Stone on Stone Trek in the 1990s also, and hung out with Greg Kihn when he was on KFOX in San Jose then, and went to his Greg Kihn Band concerts in the park series in downtown San Jose. It was sponsored by Malibu Coconut Rum, and we would get blasted on rum & Cokes and shout out "Malibu-Malibu-Maliboo-boo-boo!" with him at the mike, by the stage!
