Lyrics:

Unconscious, conscious

Your mind is trapped, your body is free

A senseless life in silence

Your eyes are closed, yet you see

Within your personal world you see

a realization of what could be my soul

or is it just my fantasy?

A timeless world unreal

Reach out for all you can not feel

Things you have seen

at places that you have never been

Invision what turns out to be

a part of life's history

Flashbacks of things to come

Past and future are on

Mind Reflections

Mind Reflections

Roam into the nowhere of pleasure

Behold through your inner eyes

Experiences of human nature

appear on the screen of imagination

Seen by the restless mind

The source of subconscious visions

At least, Doctrine IS better than Morbid Angel's new album... I could listen to 2-3, maybe 4 songs tops on Pestilence's [Doctrine]. On Morbid Angel's new album it was unlistenable to the point where I just gave up on Morbid Angel's new songs.. I will always have their early work, the same goes for Pestilence. Both should have never came back to make music...

HAHAHAHA! You're fucking retarded and I'm assuming that you're way out of highschool by now whether you graduated or dropped out because you were just way too cool for it, but let's grow up a little. This is 2013 not the 90's anymore and people will beat you with a baseball bat just for being you, poser.

You had to be around when the album came out to not be considered a poser, yes that is correct.

What if people weren't around when this album came around and just heard it on youtube? Do you have to be around when the album comes out to be considered a "non-poser"? Anyway, who the fuck uses poser anymore... This isn't high school and if anything, you should be giving kudos to the people who listen to this rather than bashing them.. atleast they aren't listening to Bruno faggotfuck Mars.

Its so funny how all of a sudden EVERYBODY loves this album. When this came out you could get beat up with a baseball bat for saying that very thing. Anyway you bunch of posers, this album is indeed good, but doesnt compare with their pure death metal stuff, cheers!

Fragments Of Unbecoming

Yep, Atheist is still the best jazz-fusion death metal band.

MegaBADTOTHEBONE

The Synth is totally ripped off of YYZ by Rush. It's got the same style of jumpy guitar riffs as well. This album is a load of crap, nuff said.

Sakeroz

well its too "heavy" for my ears AND I DONT LIKE IT, but such as death and pestilence are good death metal with actual playing of instruments

There were actually quite a few death bands writing off time signature compositions to name a few Gorguts,Disincarnate,Broken Hope,Brutality just to name a few. This song is musically awesome,I thought this album when it was released was going to be recognized as great but I thought that about Coroners' epic release "Mental Vortex"too but hey people are trendy and dumb I mean look at all the metalcore and emo fans.People like trends and clicks more than music except for real musicians and fans.

My second favorite death metal band, behind the DEATH itself only. Nuff said
