Coming from Timisoara, Romania's first communism-free city, PERSONA is hardly trying or willing to start a new musical revolution. They joined the difficult but blessed mission of playing rock'n'roll in its rawly beautiful energy, yet refined form.

Their music was labeled as brit pop (impossible: they are not British), indie (what's that exactly?), alternative (well, I don't know), pop (not likely, they use and abuse guitars), but they are neither of these. Or are they? The truth is that the songs are the true tellers of the tale and the 4 lads are merely their slaves.
