I looked for this band because Petrucci mentioned he was into their sound and damn... They're frickin' killers, i love that merge of electronic music with intricate melodies and the really heavy stuff, i like all those genres and that kind of experimentalism so in the end i just loved this band.

But see, you are the one here sounding stupid. Misha is a very big anime fan. This is known by many of Periphery's fans. Therefore, to assume the anime before the literal definition would be very logical in this sense. Periphery has also never been know to be a very literal band. Look at the video for Scarlet. You really jumped to the conclusion of watching too much anime before actually examining the situation. Meaning you were really the ignorant one here. Feel free to make some moot points ;)

It's well known among many periphery fans that Misha is a anime fan. Therefore, assuming the song is refering to the actual anime is much astute than going with the literal definition of the word. When have periphery every been know to do anything in the literal sense? A periphery fan that is also an anime fan wouldn't be in the wrong at all if they asssumed first the anime rather than the actual meaning of the word Eureka.

Well, in this case, yeah... It's referring to the anime, just like "Light" referred to Death Note... Misha's known to have some anime influences in his songs... He released "Nyan" on his channel a while back...

This song is so meshuggah, with that type of vocals at the beginning.
