Songs for Young Lovers is a favorite LP. Rhythmically driven arrangements, lush strings and highly percussive. I think he adapted to the 60s and 70s quite well.

My mom just passed away. Back in the 60's, when people her age were stoned hippies, she was listening to historically or geographically themed orchestra music like this. Boy, was she out of touch with the times back then. I grew up with this album, as she played it almost everyday while she did her housework. Even worse, my dad was listening to Glen Campbell & BJ Thomas! LOL My parents were wonderful nerds. I love you mom and I will miss you terribly until the day I die.

Grew up listening to this. Early 60's cheesy romantic music. Slightly naive, Faith's music defined the old school. Out of touch with the times, it created its own genre, one we'd all live to loathe; easy listening. I Love It.
