Come on, there's still great music out there. The charts have almost always been full of shite music, and just a couple of great joys. Check what we have in the 2000's, The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian, The White Stripes, Silversun Pickups, and there's The Killers and other more debatable bands. Besides, look at the great musicians that are still putting stuff out: Damon Albarn, Noel Gallagher, Liam Gallagher, Jarvis Cocker, Morrissey, Graham Coxon. It's still out there, man, it still is.
