I read online in a serious article last lears 70th JL Birthday tribute that John chuckled to George, Ringo, & so well they were seriously going to bail him out as a prank,sort of like in the movie AHDN way back In 1979 A.D and way b4 I was ever born!.. that they were all at peace w/another again. pity the killed Lennon! Shame about Paul's infamous drug bust in Japan as the final lineup of Wings was a tight, little outfit imo and Back To The Egg was an underrated gem. However having said that what happened over there kinda confrimed to him in an ironic kinda way that the touring machine was no longer of interest to him (until the late 80's at least).

Yes, but that "house" is probably huge and on a large compound...and there was no one for quite a distance to hear it.

Actually they did do "Cook Of The House" on that tour. Very good bootlegs exist of the last show in Glascow. I think they recorded it for an official release but then the bust happened in Japan and that was the end of Wings.
