When i first started playing with my cousin, he seemed to be bossy. When I went out on my own I realised why. We play for the people and getting it exactly right on the night is why we get paid to come back again. If nearer enough is close enough for many then thats where you stay...with the ordinary. To get to the levels these guys get recognised and paid well...someone needs to do quality control....if that comes across as bossy...well....
