Very good vid. Like Youtube for this kind of content... My best friend had been bullied. He said he was intending to get bigger. I laughed at him because I didn't believe him.... Then in just weeks he added 40 pounds of full-strength muscle. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). He doesn't get bullied any longer. :-) I personally registered the other day.
