Katy Steele is extremely fortunate to collaborate so often with P.K.! Personally, I don't think her singing prowess matches or compliments his closely enough; sure, her's is a 'distinctive singing vox' but...what else? Shirley Bassey, the Bull Sisters, Renee Geyer, Chaka Khan, Bonnie Raitt, Stevie Nicks, Ann Wilson, Kate Bush, Kate Rusby, Cassandra Wilson...if she were still alive Shirley Horn...now THOSE are female vocalists I'd LOVE to hear him pushed to grow to meet vocally and record with!13 years ago
