Song is still a Haunting tune after so many years but it's funny as the Lyrics are so "Kantneresque" which in hindsight are almost Silly at times. When I first heard it and I heard Jerry come in, I couldn't believe the tune and had to have the Album. It's funny because that Album was on which like never "Made It" and was always on the sale rack for $2.99! Gotta Love It JA

This one song I'd pick if I could only take 10 to the moon for two decades,I appreciate it too. Also thanx for uploading a real song with true meaning!

Sometimes Kantner and Slicks songs matched anything the Airplane did in their glory days

Oh, well laid back sometimes; other times bristling with crackling energy (I love Hot Tuna, Jefferson etc. by the way). Check out some of their '68 gigs (Road Trips 2.2); '70s stuff (Dicks Picks 4 and 8) '71 and heaps of their Europe '72 gigs and so much more!!!!

The Dead's more laid-back approach to excitement had me not become much of a fan til after the fact. If you'd care to share an example of this hair-shivering stuff, I'd be more than happy to hear it.

Yeah, I beg that it does. As early as '68 Garcia was tearing up floorboards like shivering hairs on his audiences backs with super groovy, superb stuff. And Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia Band abound with magical work that really makes this cameo look like a fun bit of noodling.
