i like that the way he plays he intentionally makes it harder on himself so that he forces himself to play more accurate,for example he doesent use an insane ammount of distortion or reverb or anything and doesent sweep at all for the most part,just once id like to see him cheat hah it would be amazing,even without those tricks hes still the 3rd best guitar player i have ever seen though.

@FCValle Yeah, Ibanez specialized in making copies early on. Paul Gilbert seems to have a huge collection of those old Ibanez 'Lawsuit' models, as they are called sometimes. So even when you see Gilbert playing a guitar that is not one of his signature models, it's likely still an Ibanez :D
