I agree with you, despite their tough image ACDC's music is quite different than the tight, raw, fast gut-punching hard rock/blues that is Travers' trademark and that some refer to as biker rock for lack of a better term. Bands like ACDC have that slower, more polished sound that has broader commercial appeal. That said I have a soft spot for Pat, he stands out even among his peers as one of the most talented, efficient provider of that overpowering rush us fans are hooked on for life.

Are you kidding me?? Travers is great but he fails miserably at this song. Seen ACDC 4 times and Pat Travers Band 3 Once on the same bill. They both are fantastic, but this song is not at all Pat's style. Just like Bon would prolly suck at singin "Snortin Whiskey" or "Stevie" Original was WAY better. Just deal with it.....

the whole point of ACDC is that it's not all clean cut and made to precision, and thats what made them great. look at them live, they don't concentrate to get everything perfect, they just rock out. of course this is going to be cleaner..

This is definitely better than the original.the singing is louder and clearer then the original and every tab of the guitar goes strait to the bone.with of due respect to ac/dc PT did it better this time. You just have to sometime agree that some covers are better than the originals and that's that. This cover is better in all aspect.Just deal with it...

Thanks alot buddy for agreeing with me. I saw AC/DC 20 times and met all of them and got their autographs when they came to Manhattan to promote their cd about 10 years ago. What a thrill that was. Ya know what's so funny? I told Angus that he is an unbelievable guitar player, and ya know what he told me? He said " ya think I'm great? My brother Malcolm is better than me!!" Imagine that shit? Anyway, thanks again Ronnie for having my back! C Ya!!!!!

Agreed! This is my favorite AC/DC, the original studio version with Bon Scott on vocals and Malcom and Angus just laying down some of the most incredibly ferocious guitar tracks ever. Don't tell me Travers does it better. Nobody could ever do this better.

Dude, You gotta be kidding me when you said he did a Better job than AC/DC! You better stop taking drugs man!! Plus Pat Travers couldn't shine Angus Young's shoes when it comes to guitar playing!!!! He isn't bad, but Please!!!!!!! No more drugs for you buddy!

How cool is this! I saw Pat Travers play on the same bill as AC/DC at Oakland Coliseum back in '78 or '79. I'm guessin' that's about the time they met. Both were great in concert.
