This haunting song originally charted at #1 for Isham Jones with the Ray Miller Orchestra in 1925. Other charting versions include: #4 for Marion Harris in 1925, #5 for Paul Whiteman and His Orchestra in 1925, #9 for Ford and Glenn in 1925 and #12 for Lewis James in 1925. Original Billboard review: "This lovely standard is wrapped in an easy-going, nostalgic vocal and orchestra treatment by Boone. ... Both sides are strong, but "I'll See You In My Dreams" has an edge."
