actually no he was born in 1891 because if he didnt make it past 25, then he was 25 when passchendaele took place, in 1917. so 25 years back from there, it would be 1891. so he would have at least two years, for the whole baby and marriage to sweetheart thing to happen..... i think :D

well yes but it could be more than a few weeks.... sure if he was born in the year 1810, then he would be like 90 and if he was born in 1880 even he would be like 20....

haha. that isnt true. because, technically it says he was born towards the end of the ninteenth century... so techincally that is in the 1800. the war began in 1914... so techinically it is right, depending on what year in the 1800's he was born! :)
