- the Philippines was represented at the Cathedral of Saint Patrick's 28th Annual "a City Singing at Christmas" event held on Thursday, December 20, 2007.

- "Pasko na naman!" roughly translates to "Christmas is here, once again!"

the Young People's Chorus did a great job... and as I scanned through the members, I noticed there were hardly any Filipino singers... which impressed me even more.

- sorry about the shakiness, i was exhausted by days end, and i sat far away... it didn't help that the guy in front of me was tall and that the guy next to me kept coughing.

i'm definitely going to make this concert an annual treat.

Wow, ang galing naman siguro kung walang Pinoy diyan^^ sana magpatuloy pa ang paglago ng ating wika at nawa'y maunawaan nang lahat na maganda't kaaya-ayang lenguwahe ang wikang Filipino (Tagalog is the dialect but it is also correct). Malapit na naman pala ang pasko^^ kaya... "Pasko na naman, o kay tulin nang araw!"

I'm surprised none of them are filipino! I am a filipino myself and I speak fluent Filipino (Tagalog). Kudos to their pronunciation of the language. Also I sooo love the harmony! Galing talaga!
