I have literally no idea how this album ended up on my laptop, but I listened to it and really enjoyed it. It became part of my regular listening rotation. Not normally my style of music, but they're very talented. Mad props.

I can't listen to this album without thinking about Rose and the Metacrisis Doctor. You remember how the Tenth Doctor gave Rose and TenToo a piece of TARDIS coral, yes? So one day, Rose dies . . . and TenToo accelerates the growth of their TARDIS as Doctor!Donna told him to, and decides to go back in time to save Rose (since he has just enough human in him to make that decision). So he travels back in time, comes across that zombie/dragon apocalypse . . . and sacrifices his TARDIS ("I've got dragons of my own [. . .] and my machine's destroyed") in order to save those people, because he may be half-human, but he's still the Doctor, and that's what the Doctor does.But the Heart of the TARDIS still has just enough to send him back, back to that day, the day he lost her on her way to work for Torchwood. And so he gets that day, that morning in May, that one last day with his Rose Tyler. And he, knowing this is the last time he can be with her, decides to go with her. And really, the lines near the end, "Time slows as I take your hand [. . .] together, our hearts beating so hard . . ." The time slowing makes me think of the Doctor, for he may be half-human, but he is still part Time Lord, and if he and Rose were about to die, well . . . we've been shown in canon that they instinctively reach for each other's hands whenever that happens.So as much as I want them to be happy in their parallel universe with their TARDIS, whenever I hear this album, I think of them, and then I cry.
