I was only aware of the '77 version-loved Glenn bringing it! I was amazed of the tune was such a departure from what P-Funk was known for...the I came across this version recorded 7-8 years earlier...now I can't decide which one I like better??? Actually I love them both in their own right. Wonder how it would come out if they recorded a acoustic version with this much energy...
